The Spurs have been stuck in a rut lately and just don't have enough healthy talent to compete, especially against decent teams. The Lakers are pushing for home-court advantage in the first playoff round, so they can't afford to mess up games like this. I'll go with the Lakers, but it's not my top pick for NBA games today.
